PAVILION POLICY AND CLEAN-UP CHECKLIST
PAVILION RENTAL DOES NOT INCLUDE OR GUARANTEE USE OF POOL FACILITY
2023 Pricing available by calling the Borough Office at (724)-946-8167. Reservations must be made at the Borough office in person but you may call the office to check availability. Dates cannot be held over the phone as the reservations are first come, first served. 
Pavilion Policy:
  • ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE PARK!
    No reservations are necessary to use other park facilities.
  • Reservations can be made after January 1 of the current year.
  •  Pavilion rent and security deposit packet must be made within 2 weeks of making reservation. If payment is not received within 1 week after the packet is completed the reservation will be canceled and the date released. Security deposit must be  a separate check.  After the pavilion has been checked, the deposit will be returned.
  • THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR PAVILION RENT!
  • Security deposit will be refunded by the Borough office. The checklist included in this policy must be followed and approved by the caretaker for deposit to be returned.
  • We will not be responsible if the pool is closed due to inclement weather or staffing. Pool rates are subject to change.
  • If dances are held, an adult must be in charge. If youths are involved, there must be at least three adult chaperones.
  • The pavilion will be vacated by 9:45 PM as the park closes at 10:00 PM.
  • PLEASE LOCK DOORS AFTER EVENING PICNICS
Clean-Up Checklist:
  • Wipe down tables.
  • If you use the refrigerator, please dispose of all food and containers and wipe inside.
  • If you use the stove and/or oven, please wipe the top of the stove and any spills inside the oven.
  • Sweep floors – restroom, kitchen area and pavilion.
  • Inspect restroom and kitchen area to see they are tidy.
  • Refuse must be properly disposed of in the proper containers – trash, plastic pop bottles, and aluminum cans.
  • Party decorations must be removed and disposed of properly.
  • If you move picnic tables outside, please see that they are returned to the pavilion.
  • If you use charcoal for grills, please dispose of the ashes in the designated area – ashes only, please do not mix with trash.


Daily swim passes are good for the day of your event ONLY unless the pool is closed during the time of your event due to weather or emergency.  In this case, you will be able to use your specific wrist bands on another day of your choice.  Wrist bands will be sent to you after payment is received.
