NEW WILMINGTON BOROUGH TRASH & RECYCLING SERVICE
Invitation to Bid
Sealed bids will be received by New Wilmington Borough 134 High Street, New Wilmington, PA 16142, until 4:30 pm on October 6, 2025, for the collection, hauling, and disposal of residential municipal waste, recyclables, and Household Hazardous Waste and E-Waste from all households within the Borough. The Borough is seeking to award a contract for a period of three years commencing January 1, 2026 until December 31, 2028, with the option for two additional one-year extensions.
Bid Documents and Specifications are available at the Borough office or electronically from the borough administrator Tracy O’Neill at toneill@nwboro.com.
The bids will be publicly opened and read at the Borough Council Meeting, on Monday October 6, 2025 at 6:30 PM.
The Borough reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive technicalities, and accept any bids deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough. The Borough is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
