Notice is hereby given that the New Wilmington Planning Commission will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 7:30 PM at the Borough Building, 134 High Street, New Wilmington PA 16142. The public is invited to attend.
The purpose of the public meeting is for the Planning Commission to review the proposed Amendment to the New Wilmington Zoning Ordinance to prohibit residential uses in the C-Commercial District except as a secondary use on the second floor of commercial buildings, and to make a recommendation to the New Wilmington Borough Council.
