Appeal 25-001 – Application of Robert C. Ward Jr., regarding property located at 238 Meadowbrook Drive, New Wilmington, PA 16142, situated within the A-Residence Zoning District. The applicant is appealing the Zoning Officer’s determination dated January 23, 2025, which found that short-term rental use (e.g., Airbnb) is not a permitted use under the New Wilmington Borough Zoning Ordinance. The applicant seeks a variance under Zoning Chapter #275.
