Notice is hereby given that New Wilmington Borough will hold a public hearing at 7pm on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 before the Zoning Hearing Board, at the New Wilmington Borough building located at 134 High Street, New Wilmington, PA 16142.
The purpose of the hearing will be to consider the following:
Appeal 24-001, applicant Dan Andrus, located in the C-Commercial zoning district at 210 W Neshannock Ave, New Wilmington, PA 16142.
• Requesting to change use from commercial to residential/apartments

The applicants are requesting a Variance under Zoning Chapter #275.
