Notice is hereby given that New Wilmington Borough will hold a public hearing at 7pm on Wednesday, October 18th, 2023 before the Zoning Board, at the New Wilmington Borough building located at 134 High Street, New Wilmington, PA 16142.
The purpose of the hearing will be to consider the following:
Appeal 2023-20, applicant Carl R. Petrus for Dr. James L. Gardner, located in the B-Residence zoning district at 150 N. New Castle Street, New Wilmington, PA 16142.
- Continued use of Medical Office in the “B” Residential Zoning District
- One of the 16 required off-street parking spaces be an existing ADA on-street parking space
- Addition to be colinear with existing building’s approximately six-foot side setback on northern property boundary (i.e. along Wood Street)
Appeal 2023-21 applicant RKR Market Apartments, LLC for Aaron and Kirstan Tervo, located in the C zoning district at 201-209 S. Market Street, New Wilmington, PA 16142.
Request to reduce the required front setback from 20 feet to 0 feet for a handicap ramp.
